    I have noticed the benefits of Pilates with Ali since day one! After suffering with MS all my adult life (diagnosed at 20) I can now say getting out of bed in the morning doesn't hurt. I have cut my pain medication in half because my body feels more pliable. Ali adapts the sessions to my body and what it can or can't do. Some days Ali needs to rethink the plan when my body retaliates, but this is never a problem for Ali.
